How about planning a Tuesday luncheon at the church?
Your people could invite their family, friends, and co-workers to join them. Following lunch, Robyn could sing a song or two, concluding with my giving a brief salvation message.

How about asking the choir to sing on Monday and Tuesday nights?
Not only will it bless the people, it will involve more people coming out on what some may view as the “off nights”. If you do not have a choir, putting together a “worship team” to back up the worship leader would also be a great blessing.

How about meeting with department leaders a month before the meetings?
Here you could discuss how each leader could participate as well as prepare their department for the meetings.

How about a Sunday morning prayer meeting?
Each adult Christian education class could use their class time for an anointed time of prayer!

How about training a group to serve as altar workers?
Being prepared and providing literature for them to give to new converts would be a great help.

How about an outreach to those needing special encouragement?
If you could compile names & numbers of those whom you feel would benefit by a personal call from me, I would gladly do so. These calls would consist of praying for any special needs they may have and a personal invitation to the meetings.

How about tagging the Sunday we are together as "Friend Day"?
This would be a concentrated effort by each person to bring a friend to church on Sunday morning. This is a very effective way to have many unsaved people present to hear the gospel.

How about naming "captains" for the meetings?
Using captains would help you delegate many of the responsibilities for the meetings. This suggestion would also create more opportunities for discipleship and involvement. There could be a “prayer captain, follow-up captain, and a promotional captain etc.”
